My opinion? If a person can afford this house, they can afford to pay all the heating costs, AND afford to put the house to rights to get a higher number 🙂 Golly, wouldn’t I just LOVE to have the money to try.
Peacocks….YUCK!! I’m afraid it would end up being the centerpiece of a large Renaissance banquet! As Marilyn R said, noisy in the morning and not a fun way to wake up, especially if you’re on vacation. Where’s Henry VIII and his groaning dining table when he’s needed??

I think I just answered my own question… it looks like it is a black swan. So yeah, it probably does come with the moat!
Its a peacock that has shed its tail feathers – they’re lovely to look at but have an unattractive call – especially early in the morning!
