  1. Yet no mention that apparently the whole time he was really a vampire …?!

(Sorry, I have only recently learned that according to the book and Canadian TV series Blood Lines, Henry Fitzroy is undead and living in Toronto — and helping solve crimes!)

  2. Hehe… yes, I’ve heard about Blood Lines, although I haven’t read or seen any of stories. Of all the possible historical figures to use, he was an interesting choice!

  3. Actually, that should be Blood Ties… I knew that didn’t look right at first, but I couldn’t remember what it was supposed to be so I had to look it up. 🙂

  4. Sorry, my mistake, haven’t read/seen the book or TV show either … but I was rather impressed that the author had pitched upon Henry Fitzroy as her hero. I would have gone for Anne Boleyn — Henry having to behead her because that’s one of the few ways you can actually kill a vampire …

  5. Vampires are still really hot with the kids market so it was only a matter of time before some historical figure got turned into one. At least they usurped all the pirate books. I wonder what will be the next hot trend?
