Updated Sources page to reflect the sources I'm using while I go through and make updates to the pages in this section as opposed to the sources I used when I originally compiled them since there are a number of conflicting dates, etc.
and I would like to pick just a few main resources (and will note when I decide to change something and give a reference for that change).
Updated the Kings and Queens of England and the United Kingdom to Charles III
Added the Dukes of Cleves, Monarchs of Korea, and the Sultans of the Ottoman Empire to the Other Rulers page
