Photo May 2003.<\/i><\/p>\n<p>Since tomorrow is <a href=\"http:\/\/en.wikipedia.org\/wiki\/St._David%27s_Day\" target=\"new\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">St. David&#8217;s Day<\/a>, I thought it would be appropriate to head back to Wales with the Picture of the Week.
