Question from Mary - Mary D'Aiuto

Mary D'Aiuto was thought to have died in her teens which would partly explain her mysterious disappearance from History. However, about five years ago, I read that a Historian had uncovered evidence that she may well have survived and was fairly optimistic that he had even traced her living descendants . Do you know if his theory was proved correct?

Sorry to sound so completely uninformed, but who is this person? could you provide some context?

When did she die? do you remember the historian you reference?

You're not talking about Mary Seymour (Katherine Parr's daughter) are you?

I tried typing "mary d'aiuto" into Google and all I got was a few public and professional profiles, a dog breeder and some woman who has a "special relationship" with Bill Clinton! I'm pretty sure these aren't the people you mean, Mary. Can you give me some details about her such as the place she came from and a rough date of birth so that I at least have some material to try and find out more about her. Are you sure you got her name right? As Merlin says, you could well have gotten mixed up with Mary Seymour.
