Question from Ron - Info on a Lady-in-Waiting
Like Carolyn I also have an ancestor reputed to have been a "Lady-in-Waiting" in the 15th Century.
Her name is Anna Margaretta Regina Pedissiqua who married Thomas Berry at Berrynarbor, North Devon circa 1480/ 1483.
Any information will be most welcome and I will be happy to swap info with interested parties.

Was she a lady-in-waiting for Elizabeth Woodville, the wife of Edward IV or Anne Neville, the wife of Richard III or Elizabeth of York, the wife of Henry VII?
If she was a lady-in-waiting for Elizabeth of York, there might possibly be some information that can be gleaned from the book, "The Privy Purse Expenses of Elizbeth of York." This title can be accessed for online viewing from the Internet Archive Text Archive website at www.archive.org/details/texts.

Not sure of her Queen but think it worth checking the book you recommend. Will do.
Many thanks for your suggestion.
